About the Project

This project was developed by the Johannesburg Property Company (JPC ). It was handed over to JOSHCO in September 2008. It has 80 communal rooms and shared facilities, and is currently being used to relocate tenants from other properties which are being refurbished such as La Rosabel. Rentals range from R605 to R880 per month.
