At the centre of Bellavista Estate stood Citrine Court – a dilapidated 15-storey building in a shocking state of disrepair. JOSHCO began the renovation of the building in May 2009. Today Citrine Court has been totally revamped at a cost of R21, 3 million. It is totally transformed into a landmark that cannot to be missed by anyone who comes across it. Citrine Court will provide homes to 79 families and residents will benefit from 24 hour security, access control, secure parking and fully equipped play areas. This building has been transformed and now represents a flagship of what is possible through JOSHCO ’s Public Stock Turn Around programme.
