Joshco's second mandate is to develop and manage turn around strategies for distressed council owned public stock. The turnaround strategies include an improvement in service delivery to maintain the properties, refurbishment of exisiting buildings which have been neglected for many years, construction of new units whereresources and vacant land permit and improving rental collections. JOSHCO manages three council owned projects: Bellavista, Claremont and Eldorado Park.
