Vannin Court

This project will yield 54 good quality rental housing apartments. Vannin Court was the second of ten (10) buildings to be identified through the Better Buildings Programme for redevelopment by JOSHCO. Like the Rosabel building, Vannin Court is fully occupied thus making it necessary for alternative accommodation to be arranged for residents during the term of the refurbishment work.

The Vannin Court building has for many years been a source of concern for both the City Government as well as the property owners and residents of neighboring inner city buildings in the eKhaya neighbourhood. Through JOSHCO’s intervention, it is anticipated that Vannin Court will be upgraded into good quality well managed family apartments so that the building can take it’s rightful place as home to 54 families within the eKhaya precinct.
